Development of the Upper Floors

Work’s now underway with the top 3 floors of the building!

Creating an additional 30,000sqft of office and studio space for creative businesses and due to be ready in Autumn 2014, the work will see the completion of the development of The Whisky Bond which started in 2010.

Rents start from as little as £14 per sqft and include all utilities, WiFi, parking, access to meeting rooms and kitchen facilities. A more detailed list of what’s included is here.
