Wild Fig Dining Event: The First One
Bespoke catering company Wild Fig hosted their first ever pop-up dining event on Saturday in The Distillery. Chef Justin Maule has over 20 years experience in some of Scotland’s finest kitchens and just last week his amazing Seville Orange and Malt Whisky Marmalade won gold at the Marmalade Awards.
For the dining event titled ‘The First One’, Wild Fig created a spectacular French based menu accompanied by fine wines and Glengoyne Whisky.
The meal went down a treat with all who attended and we’ve been reading great things about it all week on Twitter. We look forward to seeing what’s in store for ‘The Second One’.
